Patine De Chaux

Patine De Chaux is made from the residue of pure slaked lime and vegetable oils. Patine De Chaux works as an interior and exterior paint. Made popular in the Renaissance and Baroque eras, this antiqued patina finish is waterproof and washable. Patine De Chaux comes in a natural white base and can be tinted with any combination of natural pigments.

Veilcalce

Translated “old lime”, Veilcalce is made from harvesting the milky liquid that gathers atop of the pure slaked lime. It is simply a pure lime white wash paint popular in Greece, Spain, Italy, North Africa and other parts of the world. This product in its diluted form is also used to achieve an aged look on different lime plasters, such as our Marmorino and Travertino. Veilcalce is also available in a transparent version. Both are 100% lime based and can be tinted with any, or a combination of natural pigments.
